Resolution No. 40066 of 11 February 2022, issued by the Ministry of Mines and Energy
Whereby technical requirements are established for the detection and repair of leaks, the exploitation, flaring and venting of natural gas during hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation activities.
The provisions contained in this resolution apply to all operations or activities of exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons in continental and offshore areas located in the national territory.
