The purpose of this Resolution is to adopt the ANM’s Citizen Service and Participation Policy, as the roadmap that will indicate to the ANM’s Public Servants the basic guidelines to be observed and complied with so that the daily institutional management in terms of Citizen Service and Citizen Participation guarantees citizens their constitutional rights to information and participation under quality standards in the service that generate satisfaction and trust, both for stakeholders and communities, and citizens in general, based on the ANM’s mission.
