Resolution No. 1402

‘By means of which the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development adopted the General Methodology for the Preparation and Presentation of Environmental Studies.

To highlight, Article 5 of the aforementioned Resolution states the following:

“Transitional Regime. The environmental studies prepared in accordance with the methodology adopted by Resolution 1503 of 2010 and which have not been submitted, shall not be governed by this administrative act, provided that these studies are filed within a maximum period of six (6) months from the entry into force of this administrative act’.
