“ARTICLE 1. MODIFY Article 26 of Resolution 759 of 2024, which shall read as follows:

“ARTICLE 26. Entry into operation of the PTM Minerals Traceability Platform. The registration of mineral commercialization operations in the PTM Minerals Traceability Platform shall be initiated in accordance with the following stages:

Stage 1:

(1) For purchases of Mining Titles of Projects of National Interest and Large Mining in exploitation phase. As of (10) of (10) January (10), 2026.

Stage 2:

For purchases from Mining Titles of Medium Mining in exploitation stage. As from (10) April (10), 2026.

Stage 3:

1.For purchases to Small Mining Titles in exploitation stage. As of October 1 (10), 2026.

2. For purchases from Special Reserve Areas, Requests for Legalization of De Facto or Traditional Mining and Mining Formalization Subcontracts. as of October 1 (10), 2026.

Stage 4:

1. For purchases from Subsistence Miners. As of January 1 (19), 2026.

First Paragraph: If the implementation of the Minerals Traceability Platform PTM cannot be carried out on the date set forth in this article, the new implementation date shall be informed on the ANM’s website.

Paragraph Two: For the mining agents described in stages 1 to 3 of this resolution, it will be necessary that, as of the date established for each stage, they are complying with the obligation to register productions through the Production Control Platform – PCP. Otherwise, the sales transactions of these productions not reported in the PCP, may not be managed through the PTM.”

ARTICLE 2. MODIFY Article 27 of Resolution 759 of 2024, which shall read as follows:

“ARTICLE 27. Mandatory Registration of mineral marketing transactions in the Traceability Platform of Minerals PTM. The registration of mineral commercialization transactions in the Minerals Traceability Platform PIM shall be mandatory and shall start according to the following stages:

Stage 1:

1. for purchases from Mining Titles of Projects of National Interest and Large Mining in exploitation stage. As of (19) January (19), 2026.

Stage 2:

1.For purchases from Mining Titles of Medium Mining in exploitation stage. As of the first (19th) of April, 2026.

Stage 3:

1.For purchases from Small Mining Titles in exploitation stage. As of October 1 (10), 2026.

2. For purchases from Special Reserve Areas, Requests for Legalization of De Facto or Traditional Mining and Mining Formalization Subcontracts. As of the first (1st) of October 2026.

Stage 4:

For purchases from Subsistence Miners. As of January 1 (19), 2026”.

ARTICLE 3. VALIDITY. This resolution is effective as from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
