Resolution 447 of 20 May 2020 of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development.

‘By which the Terms of Reference are issued for the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment – EIA, required for the global or definitive environmental licence process for small mining exploitation projects, and other determinations are made.’

RESOLVES:

ARTICLE 1. To issue the Terms of Reference for the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment – EIA, required for the processing of the global or final environmental licence for small mining projects. TdR-027, contained in the document annexed to this Resolution, which forms an integral part of this Resolution.

ARTICLE 2. Scope of application. The terms of reference established in this Resolution are applicable to the environmental authorities and to individuals requesting an environmental licence for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for small-scale mining projects.
