Resolution 1344 of 24 December 2020 of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development.

Whereby a paragraph is added to Article 4 of Resolution 2184 of 2019 and other provisions are issued.

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Add the following paragraph to Article 4 of Resolution 2184 of 2019, as follows:

‘Paragraph.- For the activities referred to in Article 2.8.10.2 of Decree 780 of 2016, extend until 1 July 2022 the deadline for implementing the colour coding for the presentation of non-hazardous solid waste in bags or other containers.

During this period, these activities may gradually implement the transition between the colour code currently used and the colour code established in Resolution 2184 of 2019. This gradual implementation shall be evidenced in the Integrated Management Plan for waste generated in health care and other activities.’
