‘WHEREBY THE DEFINITION OF ENVIRONMENTAL LIABILITIES IS ESTABLISHED, GUIDELINES ARE SET FOR THEIR MANAGEMENT AND OTHER PROVISIONS ARE ENACTED’.
This law defines ENVIRONMENTAL LIABILITIES, creates the National Committee for Liabilities Management and Public Policy, defines the liabilities management strategy, creates the Environmental Liabilities Information System, and defines and creates the Environmental Liabilities Intervention Plans.
