‘Whereby cross-cutting provisions are established for the executive branch of the national and territorial levels and for individuals who perform public and/or administrative functions, in relation to the rationalisation of procedures and other provisions are enacted.

Article 1° of the Law states:

“The purpose of this law is to establish cross-cutting provisions for the Executive Branch at the national and territorial level and for private individuals who perform public and/or administrative functions, in relation to
with regard to the rationalisation of formalities, in order to facilitate, streamline and guarantee access to the exercise of people’s rights, the fulfilment of their obligations, combat corruption and promote competitiveness.
