Decree 2245 of 29 December 2017 ‘Whereby Article 206 of Law 1450 of 2011 is regulated and a section is added to Decree 1076 of 2015, Sole Regulatory Decree of the Environment and Sustainable Development Sector, in relation to the boundary of water courses’

It aims to establish the technical criteria on the basis of which the competent Environmental Authorities will carry out the studies for the demarcation (Define the physical limit) of the water courses in the area of its jurisdiction.
