“By means of which Resolution 656 of October 01, 2019 is modified, some mining concession contract minutes are established and adopted and other determinations are made and disposed:
“ARTICLE FIRST. Modify ARTICLE ONE of Resolution 656 of October 01, 2019, which shall read as follows:
ARTICLE FIRST. To establish and adopt the minutes to be used for the mining concession contracts entered into by the National Mining Agency for the following modalities:
1. Minutes of a single mining concession contract.
2. Minutes of concession contract with differential requirements.
3. Minutes of concession contract with differential requirements with anticipated exploitation.
4. Minute of concession contract with differential requirements for direct beneficiaries of return of areas for formalization.
5. Minutes of mining concession contract for legalization of de facto mining.
6. Minutes of the mining concession contract for the formalization of traditional mining.
7. Minutes of a special mining concession contract for a Special Reserve Area – ARE (Área de Reserva Especial – ARE) referred to in Article 31 of Law 685 of 2001.
8. Minutes of the special mining concession contract for the Special Reserve Area – ARE (Área de Reserva Especial – ARE) referred to in Law 2250 of 2022.
9. Minutes of the special mining concession contract for black communities.
10. Minutes of the special mining concession contract for black communities with anticipated exploitation.
PARAGRAPH: The minutes listed above are an integral part of this resolution as an annex.
ARTICLE TWO. The other provisions of Resolution 656 of October 01, 2019 shall remain in force.
ARTICLE THIRD. This resolution shall be in force as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.”
