Resolution No. 1257 of 23 November 2021 issued by the MADS amending Resolution 0472 of 2017 on the integrated management of construction waste.

Among other aspects, with this resolution it is not only possible to make use of CDW by means of fixed or mobile plants, but also through a recipient who must have a storage site and carry out the proper separation. For this, it is necessary to inform the environmental authority of the delivery of the CDW to the recipient and to report in the compliance reports the supports with the due quantities. Regarding the implementation of the CDW environmental management programme, which must be submitted to the environmental authority prior to the start of works, it is also necessary to submit to the environmental authority a follow-up report and a closure report after the completion of the works under the terms established in this modification.
