‘By which a period of twelve (12) months is granted to users or holders of environmental licences, single forest harvesting permits and authorisations for subtraction of national or regional forest reserve areas that are under a different regime to that regulated by Resolution No. 256 of 22 February 2018, so that in the term granted they can comply with the current manual of compensations of the biotic component, and other provisions are adopted.’.
