Decree No. 050 of 16 January 2018. “Whereby Decree 1076 of 2015, the Sole Regulatory Decree of the Environment and Sustainable Development Sector is partially amended in relation to the Regional Environmental Councils of the Macrobasins (CARMAC), the Management of Water Resources and Pouring and other provisions are enacted’

 
-Article 6° indicates the information to be submitted by the interested party when submitting an application for a permit to discharge treated domestic and non-domestic wastewater into the ground.
-Article 7° amends the provisions related to the Contingency Plan for the Management of Spills of Oil or Harmful Substances..
-Article 8° modifies the requirements of the discharge permit, specifically those contained in numerals 8, 11 and 19 of Article 2.2.3.3.3.5.2 of Decree 1076 of 2015.
-Article 9° modifies what is related to the Environmental Assessment of the Discharge.
-Finally, articles 10° and 11° modify the aspects to be taken into account by the Environmental Authority within the Study of the application and the content of the Resolution by which the dumping permit is granted.
